These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the ezjili platform, including all gaming services, payment facilities, promotional programs, and support channels made available through ezjili.bio. 2.1 These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ezjili. By completing the registration process, clicking "I Agree," or by otherwise accessing or using any feature of the ezjili platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted this Agreement.
2.2 This Agreement is effective from the date of your first use of the platform, whichever is earlier, and remains in force for the duration of your Account with ezjili and any period thereafter during which any obligations between you and ezjili remain outstanding.
2.3 ezjili reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file or through an in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform following notification of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2.4 These Terms are supplemented by any game-specific rules, promotional terms, and policies (including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy) published on the ezjili platform, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
21+ Age Requirement: The minimum age to register and engage in Real Money Play on the ezjili platform is twenty-one (21) years old. This requirement is mandatory and non-negotiable under the online gambling regulatory framework applicable in the Philippines. Persons under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing funds, or participating in any real-money game on ezjili.
3.1 To be eligible to register and maintain an Account with ezjili, you must, at all times:

3.3 If ezjili discovers at any time that an Account was registered by a person under the age of 21, ezjili reserves the right to immediately close the Account, void all bets and winnings generated during the period of underage use, and refund any remaining net deposits to the payment method used, in accordance with applicable regulations.
4.1 Each eligible person is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account with ezjili. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited.
4.2 When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. You further agree to promptly update any information that becomes outdated or inaccurate.
4.3 Prior to processing your first withdrawal, ezjili will require completion of the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. This involves submission of a valid government-issued Philippine identification document and may include a selfie verification or additional documentary requirements at ezjili's discretion.
4.4 The provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point is grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any Account balance, subject to applicable legal obligations.
4.5 Registration of an Account by automated means, bots, scripts, or any technology other than direct manual registration by a human individual is strictly prohibited.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) codes. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances.
5.2 ezjili will never request your password through any channel including Live Chat, email, SMS, Messenger, or Viber. Any communication purporting to be from ezjili and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to ezjili immediately.
5.3 You agree to notify ezjili immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to, or use of, your Account. ezjili shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials or from unauthorized Account access resulting from your negligence.
5.4 ezjili strongly recommends that all Players enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on their Accounts. Instructions for enabling 2FA are available in Account Settings.
5.5 Any activity conducted through your Account — including all bets placed and deposits made — will be treated as having been authorized by you unless and until you notify ezjili in writing of unauthorized access and ezjili has had a reasonable opportunity to act on such notification.
6.1 Currency. All Account balances, deposits, and withdrawals on the ezjili platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ezjili does not maintain multi-currency accounts.
6.2 Approved Payment Methods. Deposits and withdrawals may only be made through payment methods approved and listed by ezjili from time to time, which currently include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and approved debit cards. ezjili reserves the right to add, modify, or withdraw approved payment methods at any time without prior notice.
6.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Philippine Peso Two Hundred (₱200). ezjili reserves the right to modify minimum deposit thresholds at any time subject to notification on the platform.
6.4 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals are subject to completion of the KYC verification process. Unverified Accounts may have withdrawal requests held pending identity confirmation. Once verified, withdrawals to GCash or PayMaya are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes during normal operating hours. Processing times may be extended during high-traffic periods or where additional verification is required.
6.5 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Philippine Peso One Hundred (₱100).
6.6 Source of Funds. You warrant that all funds deposited into your ezjili Wallet are from a legitimate source and that you are the authorized holder of the payment account or instrument used. The use of third-party payment methods is prohibited. Where a deposit is found to have originated from a third-party account, ezjili reserves the right to reverse the transaction and restrict Account access pending investigation.
6.7 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method. For fraud prevention purposes, withdrawals will, where possible, be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. In circumstances where this is not practicable, ezjili may request additional verification before processing a withdrawal to an alternative method.
6.8 Fees. ezjili does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider or bank may apply independent fees or charges for which ezjili bears no responsibility.
Bonus Funds are not directly withdrawable. Only Real Money balances that have met all applicable wagering requirements may be submitted for withdrawal. Any withdrawal request made prior to satisfying wagering requirements may result in forfeiture of the outstanding Bonus Funds portion.
7.1 All games available on the ezjili platform are governed by the rules specific to each game, as displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager.
7.2 All slot games and non-live table games use Certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, the integrity of which has been independently audited. Live casino games are operated through licensed live dealer studios. ezjili does not manipulate or interfere with the outcome of any game.
7.3 In the event of a technical malfunction or software error that affects the outcome of a game, ezjili reserves the right to void affected rounds and return the relevant stake amounts to Players' Accounts. 7.4 Any attempt to exploit software vulnerabilities, employ prohibited betting systems, or use external tools to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other Players constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
7.5 Minimum and Maximum Bets. Applicable minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game. These limits may vary by game, game variant, account tier, and applicable promotional terms.
8.1 ezjili may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, loyalty points, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players. All such offers are subject to specific promotional terms that will be published on the platform at the time of the promotion.
8.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable Real Money. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be specified in the individual promotion's terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in forfeiture of the Bonus Funds and any associated winnings.
8.3 Welcome Bonus. The Welcome Bonus, where offered, is available to new registered Players only and applies to the first qualifying deposit. It is strictly limited to one (1) Welcome Bonus per Player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. ezjili reserves the right to withdraw the Welcome Bonus where abuse, collusion, or technical exploitation is suspected.
8.4 Bonuses are for personal entertainment use only. The use of bonuses for the purpose of arbitrage, hedging, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms (commonly referred to as "bonus abuse") is prohibited and constitutes grounds for Account closure and forfeiture of related winnings.
8.5 ezjili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that promotional terms already accepted by a Player and in active use will be honoured in accordance with the terms applicable at the time of acceptance.
8.6 Philippine 21+ Restriction on Bonuses. All promotional offers on the ezjili platform are strictly available to Players aged 21 years and above only, consistent with the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3.
9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ezjili platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

10.3 ezjili will not knowingly allow a self-excluded Player to re-register or deposit on the platform during an active exclusion period. Where a self-excluded Player is identified on the platform, their Account will be immediately re-suspended and any deposits made during that period will be refunded.
11.1 ezjili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account — with or without prior notice — where:
11.2 Upon Account closure for breach of these Terms, ezjili reserves the right to withhold the Account balance pending investigation. Where fraud, misrepresentation, or illegal activity is confirmed, the Account balance may be forfeited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
11.3 A Player may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting ezjili support through Live Chat, Messenger, Viber, or email. Upon receipt of a voluntary closure request, any eligible Real Money balance (net of outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player's verified withdrawal method.
12.1 All content on the ezjili platform — including but not limited to the platform software, game content, graphics, logos, text, trademarks, domain names, audio-visual elements, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of ezjili or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
12.2 No part of the ezjili platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, reverse-engineered, scraped, framed, or otherwise exploited for commercial or non-personal purposes without the prior written consent of ezjili.
12.3 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for lawful personal gaming purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This licence terminates automatically upon Account closure or any breach of these Terms.
13.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ezjili's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.2 ezjili shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive losses or damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise.
13.3 ezjili does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled or emergency maintenance, network outages, and third-party service disruptions may temporarily affect platform availability. ezjili will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where reasonably practicable.
13.4 Nothing in this Section shall limit ezjili's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable Philippine law.
14.1 The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal data provided by Players in connection with their use of the ezjili platform is governed by the ezjili Privacy Policy, available at ezjili.bio/privacy-policy. The Privacy Policy forms an integral part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference.
14.2 By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, platform operation, and compliance with applicable regulatory obligations.
14.3 ezjili processes personal data in accordance with the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.
15.1 ezjili reserves the right to amend, supplement, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ezjili will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice to registered Players via registered email or in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.
15.2 The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible on the ezjili platform. The "Last Updated" date displayed in the header of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision.
15.3 Your continued access to or use of the ezjili platform following the effective date of any amendments will constitute your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, your sole remedy is to close your Account and cease using the platform.
16.1 This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
16.2 In the event of a dispute between you and ezjili regarding any gaming transaction, account decision, or platform-related matter, you are encouraged to contact ezjili's support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. The majority of disputes can be resolved quickly through this channel.
16.3 Where an informal resolution cannot be achieved, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any formal legal proceedings.
16.4 For disputes relating to online gaming conduct or regulatory compliance, ezjili recognises the supervisory role of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) within the applicable regulatory framework.
